It has been shows to be effective in treating problems of anxiety, depression, chronic pain, stress, as well as confronting existential crises. The therapy offered at Weigel Counseling Associates includes Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. (ACT). Mindfulness Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT), and includes facets of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR).
